Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the starting time will receive a full refund. To cancel your booking, simply login or create an account on the Colosseum.tours website. You will need to use the same email address you provided when booking your activity. All the information you need can be found in your voucher.
In the event that your activity has been cancelled as a preventative measure, our team will contact you and process a full refund.

To create a personalized activity, simply contact us. We can organize with a local partner to help customize bookings for large groups or private parties.
An availability calendar is featured on each experience page. This will show you what days the activity is available. Keep in mind, when an activity has limited spots, it might not be possible to book if the number in your party is more than the spots available.
The meeting point for your activity can be found on your booking summary as well as your booking voucher.
A booking voucher will be sent to the email address provided after your payment has been confirmed.

Booking vouchers are needed when you check in at your activity. It is best to either print your voucher or save the voucher to your smartphone. Make sure you will have access to your booking voucher even when you are offline.
